Welcome to Daisymoon!

Current Orders

We are currently cutting standard orders from February 7th.

We aim to have approximately a 1-2 week turnaround for standard items.  At busy periods this may be slightly longer.

All Custom/Personalised orders including Time Stood Still orders will take longer.

If you need a design altered or have a deadline by which you need your order please contact us BEFORE you place it.


Please be aware that we cannot arrange for orders to be collected as members of the team were previously shielding and we have to prioritise their safety during this difficult time.

Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery
We try to send out orders as soon as possible and your orders should be with you within 14 days, sometimes sooner. Personalised gifts or custom orders will take longer. If you think we're taking too long, just send us an email and we'll let you know where we are with it.
All shipping costs, import tax and/or vat fees must be paid for by the buyer.
Any Shortages or breakages must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
Mainland UK only. Please email us if you are an overseas buyer.
We have a fixed rate of £4.50 for orders up to 30kg.  All orders are sent via DPD.
Returns & Replacements
If you wish to return an item it must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the same condition that it was received in.

Broken or faulty goods will be replaced where possible, otherwise a similar item of equal or greater value will be substituted. Where a replacement cannot be given a full refund will be sent, covering the original cost of the item and its postage.
We will refund the postage cost of returning a faulty item.
If you wish to return non-faulty goods you must contact us before returning the item. Accepting returns of non-faulty goods is at our own discretion.
Privacy & Security
Daisymoon do not share any of your personal information with anyone else and any information provided is used solely for the purposes of the business.

Orders can be placed via our online shopping basket, but we can also take telephone orders if you prefer.
Please use the contact details on our contact page to place telephone orders or to email us about any specific requirements/bespoke designs you would like.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept any major credit/debit card, Paypal and cheques for purchases.
Promotions and and special offers are frequently available, with their own terms and conditions, and are accepted at the descretion of Daisymoon.

You can view your orders by logging in to your account and going to the orders section.
Updating Account Information
You can update any of your account details by logging in to your account.
