Shipping policy
We try to send out orders as soon as possible and aim to have standard orders with you within 14 days, sometimes sooner.
If you have a deadline please contact us before placing your order.
Personalised or bespoke orders will take longer.
We are still building up our catalogue after losing our old website. Please contact us if you are after an item you have previously ordered that isn't listed on here yet. Please bear in mind these items will take slightly longer as we will need to check their details before listing them. We ask that you do not take orders for items not listed on the website before we can confirm that we are able to list them.

We are a small, family business run from our home and, unfortunately, we sometimes have unexpected events that mean orders are delayed. We will endeavour to inform you if your order is affected in these instances.
At present we do not ship outside the UK.
All our mainland UK parcels are sent via FedEx
For mainland UK orders, we charge a flat rate of £4.50 for parcels up to 20kg.
Please contact us for shipping to Northern Ireland.
Any orders over £100 are eligible for free shipping.
Please contact us for postage to the Scottish Highlands and Islands as these are subject to a higher rate than standard.
The website will allow you to complete your order if you live in these areas and will display a standard, mainland UK charge at checkout. We will then contact you to inform you of the extra cost and take that payment separately to finalise your order. Your order is not finalised until all shipping costs have been paid.
You may of course cancel your order if you decline the additional costs and your order payment will be refunded in full, however, once the order is shipped you are responsible for any additional charges incurred.
Refusal of the order unless previously agreed will result in return charges being deducted from your refund. If the charges exceed the refund, then you are liable for the balance.
Please ensure you use the UK version of DHL to track your parcel as our website may direct you to the American version.
We use a next day delivery service which means that items should be with you the day after they are collected, however, we cannot guarantee this. Please use the tracking number provided in your shipping details to check the progress of your parcel before contacting us.
All shipping costs, import tax and/or vat fees must be paid for by the buyer.
